Please, check out Etsy policies, if you are a buyer on “Parisian Sparkle” as Etsy Shop. They use a case system, first, they ask buyers to contact sellers directly and attempt to resolve any outstanding issues before opening a case on Etsy.

For this reason, it is important for me, as seller, apart from filling the shop policies to regularly respond to Messages from buyers.
